Motorcycle kit assembly and how its done for the customer if requested.
First we get an email with a photo, "can you put a kit together for me that will look like this. It's what I want but don't like the $25,500.00 / $27,500.00 price tag on them. The builders out here get a ton for their customs, if I build it myself what will a bike like this cost me?"
"Well dude, yes I can but is up to you to make it look like this, can put the kit together for you to assemble but will add a open primary, 120hp to ground, chain to rear, a set of tuned big pipes on a soft-tail frame with fat forks and it will be more bike than you sent the photos of, I know what they are and who built them."
How's this fit you, put some class under your ass. To your door in a crate $17,750.00 with all the top billet accessories and wheels. 120 hp to ground, open belt primary, chain to rear. I will build the bike myself for you for $19,750.00 Then I get a phone call <> "Damn Bro. you guys put kits together to customer specs."? <> "That's exactly what I want but don't like the pipes and skinny forks." <> " How much if you build it for me I will arrange pick-up"? <> "Your shitting me man, for real? <> "How do I arrange payment and how long will it take."? <> "I will wire the money to your bank tomorrow, this saves me six grand, your shitting me, I'll email you just what I want, give me the name of your bank and I will wire the total assembled amount to your account". Man this saves me six to eight grand, do it.

Well here's what we did for the Brother. He wanted a strut less fender, fat forks and dark red base coat.
And so we went to work, see what he got and saved a ton doing it.
