Ultima® 89" Stroker Kit

Designed for people who need to rebuild their Evolution® or are thinking a little more power would be nice but can't afford the higher cost of a new engine. This kit delivers the goods. The 89" stroker is not a new idea but we have refined it in function and made it a better value. We start with a set of lightweight new generation Ross forged flat top pistons which feature a "Slipper Style" skirt and a proprietary skirt profile to insure longevity.

Our new forged 4140 H-beam connecting rods are the lightest weight in the industry and in conjunction with our new pistons they help create a very low reciprocating weight which means a much smoother running and faster revving Engine.

Our new forged 4140 Flywheels are precision machined and come dynamically balanced using our exclusive system which produces an exceptionally smooth running engine. All shafts and nuts are by Jims Machining.

When installing these kits we recommend:
Performance Camshaft, Performance Carburetor, Performance Exhaust . . .
All which are available from the Midwest Motorcycle Supply Catalog 2002

Kits come with:
An assembled crankshaft
Pistons, Pins, Clips and Rings
Pistons are available in Std, .005", .010", .020" and +.030" oversize, please specify size needed when ordering. Look for gasket kits in section 6 of your Midwest Catalog to finish the job.

New Cad-Cam designs produce a
highly engineered efficient & economical product.

Accomplished Engine Designer and Racing Engineer
Ken Francis states:
"The big difference between our product now and what we had in the past is that we do have a much lighter reciprocating weight in the engines that don't shake that much. They are in fact, pretty smooth."
"These engines are VERY AFFORDABLE by efficient design & engineering."
